Key Responsibilities

•Oversee on-site construction activities as the AECOM lead representative, coordinating with COR and project stakeholders to ensure safe, efficient execution.
•Monitor and manage construction schedules, milestones, sequencing, material deliveries, testing/inspections, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
•Maintain and verify as-built documentation, conduct routine field inspections, and prepare deficiency/inspection reports with corrective actions.
•Support claims and dispute resolution, including time impact analyses and negotiations with contractors.
•Develop and maintain the Project Management Plan and schedules, coordinate meetings, and assist in pre-design/design-phase activities and cost estimates.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 160,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field plus 8+ years of related experience
•U.S. Citizen
•Experience with federal construction projects (preferred)
•Ability to perform field inspections and produce detailed reports, review submittals, RFIs, change orders, and contractor schedules
•OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Training; VA Cyber Security Awareness Training; VA Privacy and Information Security Awareness Training (within required timelines)
