Key Responsibilities

  • •Own a portfolio of Crusoe’s IaaS products, managing sequencing, resource allocation, and cross-product dependencies across multiple releases to ensure portfolio coherence.
  • •Own the introduction of a new GPU generation, spanning multiple SKUs, architectural transitions, and the operational and commercial readiness required to serve customers at scale.
  • •Drive highly cross-functional, company-level programs by proactively identifying risks and designing mitigation plans across organizational boundaries.
  • •Define and evolve the NPI (New Product Introduction) commissioning gate framework and engagement model as deployment scales and product complexity grow.
  • •Own portfolio-level capacity planning, including TPM bandwidth allocation, specialist pool management, escalation paths, and operating cadences to prevent critical path risks.
