Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and lead a BAU compliance function to ensure quarterly liquidity regulatory reporting releases comply with reporting requirements and policies.
  • •Liaise with liquidity reporting stakeholders to identify epics from prior releases for compliance testing and document required compliance test cases.
  • •Manage test execution by a small team of dedicated testers, analyze test results, and flag items requiring further investigation.
  • •Identify non-compliance findings and communicate them to Reporting Ops and report owners, including expected impacts and remedial actions.
  • •Provide rapid feedback to build teams for re-build requirements, based on compliance outcomes and verification of delivered logic and data transformations.

Key Requirements

  • •Deep subject matter knowledge in liquidity reporting constructs (e.g., LCR, NSFR, Maturity Ladders).
  • •Knowledge of regulatory requirements and reporting instructions/regulations (e.g., CRR) plus internal liquidity reporting policies.
  • •Ability to document test cases to verify delivered outputs comply with regulatory and policy requirements (logic, filter criteria, data attributes, frequency, reference data).
  • •Working knowledge of SQL and ETL scripts to support test case formulation and validate data transformations in a cloud test environment.
  • •Experience in managing and developing 2 dedicated testers to develop scripts, execute tests in RADAR, validate outcomes, and investigate unexpected results.
