Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide ownership, direction, and execution of the Foundations Leadership Program (FLP) across all Global Manufacturing sites.
  • •Oversee Step Up training and Manufacturing Leadership Development through the Intentional Leadership Academy (ILA).
  • •Develop curriculum, optimize delivery mechanisms (self-directed and digital), facilitate training, measure effectiveness, and continuously improve programs.
  • •Support other GTLS programs such as Train the Trainer and support OE specialists and dedicated site operations/maintenance trainers.
  • •Conduct routine health and maturity assessments of current programs to ensure consistency, capability, and value.

Key Requirements

  • •High school education required.
  • •Demonstrated experience in project, process, or program management.
  • •Experience in manufacturing with some combination of leadership, leadership training, and instructional design.
  • •Typically 10 to 15 years of manufacturing experience.
  • •Minimum of 5 years of experience in training development and deployment or supervision.
