Own end-to-end CRM and go-to-market lifecycle strategies for groceries and restaurant delivery, turning first orders into repeat, high-frequency habits. Key Responsibilities

•Design and own CRM strategies across the full lifecycle.
•Drive high-frequency CRM orchestration and multi-channel communication (push notifications, in-app banners, WhatsApp/messaging).
•Work with Bloomreach for segmentation, dynamic content/personalization, and triggered/automated flows.
•Define and validate product and CRM events for funnel tracking, segmentation, targeting, and experimentation/ML use cases.
•Partner with analytics to track conversion to first order, repeat rate, frequency, AOV/basket composition, and CRM contribution to GMV. Support multi-country market rollouts by adapting strategies to local behavior and supply.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 54,200

Key Requirements

•4–7+ years in Product Marketing, CRM, Growth, or Lifecycle Marketing.
•Experience in food delivery, groceries, e-commerce, or marketplaces.
•Strong hands-on CRM experience; Bloomreach is a strong plus.
•Proven track record driving frequency and retention, not only acquisition.
•Strong analytical mindset for funnels, cohorts, retention, and uplift, plus experience running A/B tests.
