Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain and control the Project Management Headcount Tracker.
  • •Support inputs to the Strategic and Operations Planning process (S&OP) and help generate and maintain Project Management estimates.
  • •Produce project performance (KPI) reporting and ensure overall data integrity across resource management and enterprise planning tools.
  • •Create resource demand forecasts and capacity models for short-, medium-, and long-term business planning, analyzing utilization trends and recommending improvements.
  • •Track actions from project governance reviews, identify resource-related risks and constraints, and perform scenario and what-if analysis in partnership with Functional Leaders and Finance.
