Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist paint line performance by hanging/removing parts and materials from the load bar.
  • •Record pieces, hours, and load bar information on a computer.
  • •Carry and lift parts to hang or unhang off the painting production line, while meeting physical requirements.
  • •Perform visual inspections of material prior to and after painting and complete related tasks like masking, wrapping, and touch-up painting.
  • •Maintain components and supplies and perform 5S and continuous improvement activities.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
  • •Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally to frequently (33-66%) and up to 75 lbs occasionally (by stooping, reaching, bending).
  • •Ability to read blueprints and use simple measuring tools.
  • •Ability to follow directions, work independently, and pay close attention to detail.
  • •Ability to work mandatory overtime, including Saturdays and up to 12 hours in a shift, and stand for 8–12 hours while performing repetitious tasks.
