Lead MonetizeMore’s Forward Deployed Solutions team in a true player-coach role, transforming reactive technical support into proactive partner solutions architecture. Manage and mentor solutions engineers, design AI-driven deflection workflows and self-serve documentation, and own partner technical health and SLAs. Serve as the primary technical partner for high-value enterprise clients in Brazil, leading integrations and architectural reviews while feeding recurring partner needs back into product and engineering roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage, mentor, and upskill a team of solutions engineers, evolving culture from reactive ticket resolution to proactive partner solutions architecture.
•Design, build, and maintain AI-driven tools, automated deflection workflows, and self-serve technical documentation to eliminate repetitive low-tier queries.
•Own partner technical health by monitoring revenue performance, deployment success, and technical SLAs across partner accounts.
•Serve as the primary technical partner for high-value clients in Brazil, leading complex integrations, architectural reviews, and troubleshooting in Portuguese.
•Build custom solutions and resolve edge-case integrations using JavaScript, APIs, network requests, and ad server configurations; translate recurring partner pain points into long-term product and architectural improvements.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of software/solutions engineering experience, with 1–2+ years as a technical lead, team lead, or engineering manager who enjoys mentoring others.
•Practical experience building/configuring workflow automation, LLM API integrations, or automated knowledge loops to streamline technical operations.
•Native or fluent Portuguese (spoken and written) and fluent English to collaborate with engineering leadership and global teams.
•Proficiency in front-end web technologies including JavaScript (ES6+), HTML/CSS, REST APIs, and HTTP; strong debugging skills using Chrome DevTools.
•Hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager (GAM), Prebid.js, Header Bidding, or ad tech SDK integrations is highly preferred.
