Professional Services Engineer

Work with end users as a Professional Services consultant for Fortinet products, handling day-to-day operations and support. Develop methods of procedure for migrations, upgrades, and updates, create test plans for new features/releases, and verify configurations using best practices. Evaluate interoperability with devices that interact with Fortinet, resolve and escalate issues, and deliver training and knowledge transfer to client staff.
