Key Responsibilities

•Lead newsletter strategy for Condé Nast globally, partnering with brand teams to grow audience, community and revenue.
•Drive engagement, traffic, subscriptions, retention and commerce through brand-specific newsletter strategies.
•Oversee the Email Ops team and two newsletter strategists to ensure high-quality email setup and delivery.
•Collaborate with Global Editorial Directors, Heads of Editorial Content, and Ad Dev to align strategies and branding across newsletters.
•Develop and test new newsletter formats, voices, and playbooks to strengthen reader relationships and monetize newsletters.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 145,000 - 155,000 annually

•Proven experience leading newsletters and the email ecosystem at scale.
•Ability to build trust with stakeholders across Editorial, Product and Revenue.
•Strong data storytelling and presentation skills with experience in conveying complex insights.
•Excellent communication, organizational and influencing skills; ability to turn recommendations into action.
•Deep understanding of email analytics and email operations, with experience managing international teams.
