Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage an end-to-end mobile app project from discovery to launch with cross-functional collaboration.
  • •Support product discovery using customer insights, user research, and analytics to identify opportunities and pain points.
  • •Drive delivery with the squad by collaborating with developers, defining scope and acceptance criteria, and leading QA/release readiness.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional launches by aligning stakeholders and maintaining Confluence documentation for go-live needs.
  • •Monitor and iterate on product performance and customer journey metrics, proposing optimizations and supporting A/B tests and funnel diagnostics.
