Key Requirements

  • •Extensive experience delivering roads, highways, and transport infrastructure projects, with consultancy and/or contractor experience.
  • •Strong technical expertise in roads and highways design, including confidence to review, challenge, and improve designs.
  • •Demonstrated capability applying value engineering/design optimisation to deliver better commercial and technical outcomes.
  • •Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams and contributing to complex infrastructure project delivery.
  • •Chartered status and/or RPEV is highly regarded, with a strong client-relationship and business development track record.
