You’ll conduct keyword research, build negative keyword lists, create and test ad copy, and refine bidding strategies to improve ROAS and conversion performance. Own campaign setup and launches, implement and troubleshoot Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking, and deliver actionable reporting. Use AI tools to streamline workflows while collaborating with internal stakeholders to keep accounts healthy and efficient.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and optimize Google Search Ads campaigns across a portfolio of local business clients.
•Conduct keyword research, expand keywords, maintain negative keyword lists, and create/optimize ad copy.
•Adjust bidding strategies and analyze search term reports to improve performance and ROAS.
•Set up and manage Google Tag Manager implementations and conversion tracking, troubleshooting attribution issues.
•Collaborate with internal stakeholders and use AI tools and reporting to streamline workflows and provide optimization recommendations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 2,000 - 3,000 monthly

Key Requirements

•5+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns, with extensive Google Search Ads experience.
•Proven ability to optimize campaigns to improve ROAS and conversion performance.
•Experience managing PPC campaigns for local or service-based businesses and implementing conversion tracking and attribution.
•Strong keyword strategy skills, including search intent, match types, and negative keyword optimization.
•Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously and independently in a remote environment.
