Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with hiring managers to understand sales hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • •Source and attract passive and active candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience as a Sales Recruiter or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Strong understanding of sales roles/responsibilities and sales performance metrics.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in human resources or Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
  • •Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
