Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead by example to continuously raise photographic quality and execution across the Studio
  • •Execute and oversee food, product, lifestyle, and marketing photography to high commercial standards
  • •Coach, mentor, and support photographers through feedback, knowledge sharing, and hands-on guidance
  • •Define, maintain, and continuously improve photographic standards, shooting guidelines, and best practices
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional creative teams and contribute to AI experimentation and practical hybrid content workflows

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of commercial photography experience, ideally including food, lifestyle, product, and high-volume e-commerce content production
  • •Provide a portfolio of recent and relevant work (mandatory)
  • •Deep expertise in lighting, composition, camera systems, color, production environments, and visual storytelling
  • •Experience in fast-paced production environments, collaborating across disciplines and stakeholders
  • •Expert knowledge of Capture One plus strong color grading and image editing skills
