Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and manage the NYC market or regional operations team to hit operating metrics and KPIs.
  • •Manage warehouse operations, ensuring operational excellence and compliance with Facilities and Environment Health & Safety.
  • •Serve as the operational expert for the region, owning end-to-end improvements and advising cross-functional teams.
  • •Conduct regular analysis to identify trends and implement recommendations to grow and optimize operations.
  • •Define and implement an operations strategy covering vehicle deployment, workforce planning, P&L management, RFP prep, and competitor monitoring.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of work experience in operations, consulting, engineering, or similar fields with a demonstrated background in operational excellence.
  • •Experience managing a P&L and using metrics/KPIs to drive results.
  • •3+ years people management experience attracting, developing, and motivating warehouse staff.
  • •Comfort working in a warehouse setting and understanding the location you support.
  • •Advanced experience with Excel or Google Sheets and knowledge of SQL are a plus.
