Job Summary

Lead end-to-end operations for Lime’s New York City market, owning operational performance, profitability, growth, and execution across warehouse and field operations. You’ll manage compliance, fleet performance, and workforce planning while developing top operational talent and reinforcing standards. Partner with Government Relations, Central Operations, Product, Finance, Facilities, and Safety, driving data-led improvements and representing Lime with city stakeholders to support long-term market scaling.

•Own and manage the NYC market or regional operations team to hit operating metrics and KPIs.
•Manage warehouse operations, ensuring operational excellence and compliance with Facilities and Environment Health & Safety.
•Serve as the operational expert for the region, owning end-to-end improvements and advising cross-functional teams.
•Conduct regular analysis to identify trends and implement recommendations to grow and optimize operations.
•Define and implement an operations strategy covering vehicle deployment, workforce planning, P&L management, RFP prep, and competitor monitoring.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 109,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of work experience in operations, consulting, engineering, or similar fields with a demonstrated background in operational excellence.

•3+ years people management experience attracting, developing, and motivating warehouse staff.
•Comfort working in a warehouse setting and understanding the location you support.
•Advanced experience with Excel or Google Sheets and knowledge of SQL are a plus.
