Key Responsibilities

  • •Provision, operate, and maintain cloud-based infrastructure supporting the AI platform with reliability, scalability, and security in mind.
  • •Develop and enhance Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation toolsets to standardize deployments and reduce manual effort.
  • •Host, manage, and fine-tune open-source models, including configuring serving environments and optimizing performance for target use cases.
  • •Ensure deployments and infrastructure workflows are supported by CI/CD pipelines and automation.
  • •Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders and apply an AI-native mindset to improve productivity, quality, and engineering best practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong public cloud infrastructure setup and operations, with AWS as primary and exposure to Azure, GCP, and AliCloud.
  • •Strong programming skills in languages such as Python and Java.
  • •Hands-on Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform) and CI/CD pipeline experience.
  • •Proven experience in AI and machine learning, preferably in banking or financial services.
  • •Experience designing and implementing an AI platform, with familiarity with Kong/Higress (or similar gateway/platform tools).
