Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate and manage complex interview scheduling across multiple time zones, including virtual and in-person interviews
•Prepare and assemble offer packs for London and Frankfurt hires, ensuring accuracy and local compliance
•Coordinate end-to-end background screening processes across Europe, partnering with vendors and internal stakeholders
•Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in recruiting and HR systems with strong attention to data integrity
•Serve as a key point of contact for candidates and internal partners, ensuring clear communication throughout the hiring process

Key Requirements

•2–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or a related administrative support role
•Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
•Demonstrated experience coordinating interviews and managing calendars in a fast-paced environment
•Exceptional attention to detail, particularly with offer documentation and background screening requirements
•Familiarity with recruiting or HR systems (e.g., applicant tracking systems, HRIS); Workday experience a plus
