Key Responsibilities

•Explore solutions suggested by team members and add new solutions that blend all requirements.
•Implement the selected design using Creo 3D CAD and provide all the necessary drawings, critical to function dimensions and 3D files to allow prototyping and manufacturing.
•Schedule and manage peer and cross functional team reviews of your design.
•Structure BOM, release and change the product using Agile PLM.
•Provide 3D models for thermal simulations and develop heat sinks from thermal data.
•Perform or oversee air flow and thermal testing to support simulations
•Provide PCB design drawings and 3D files to ECAD, coordinating with electrical and PCB teams
•Collaborate with contract manufacturers to address DFM concerns
•Work in the lab to verify prototypes against 3D MCAD designs and debug issues
•Track testing at outside labs and capture additional changes

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 180,000 annually
