Oversee weld cell production on the 2nd shift in Hesston, KS. You’ll maintain and improve standard work, lead setup and weld lead inspections, and drive daily metrics by improving processes, parts flow, poka-yoke, and manpower utilization. Update SIC and Tier 1 boards using active problem solving, train and cross-train employees with TWI methods, and ensure quality specifications are met while supporting corrective action planning with quality staff.
