Job Summary

Own and grow investment banking client relationships for UAE government entities by driving implementation of CIB policies and controls, supporting strong service quality, and achieving revenue targets. Perform financial analysis to identify opportunities and risks, originate new banking opportunities with senior coverage partners, and contribute to term sheets, information memorandums, and financial modelling. Lead deal pitching and negotiation while managing credit, market, and operational risk, KYC/AML compliance, and timely credit reviews.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and ensure effective implementation of CIB policies, procedures, and controls, meeting procedural/legislative requirements and delivering quality, cost-effective service.
•Conduct financial analysis of clients and industries/markets to identify opportunities and risks.
•Partner with Managing Directors and Executive Directors to originate new business opportunities across banking products and develop term sheets, information memorandums, and financial modelling.
•Examine and resolve credit, market, and operational risk aspects of transactions in collaboration with products and enablement units; ensure credit reviews are submitted on time.
•Participate in pitching, negotiation, and conclusion of deals; drive account plans, files/document maintenance, KYC/AML compliance, and cross-selling to meet team performance targets.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related discipline.
•5 - 10 years of experience in investment banking.
•Knowledge of the banking sector, and FAB’s products and business strategies.
•Ability to work under pressure and adjust quickly to changing priorities.
•Master’s degree in business administration is preferred.
