Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide consistently high standards of customer experience in accordance with PUMA brand values and service standards
  • •Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales, KPIs, and profitability goals through short- and long-term planning and expense control
  • •Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with recruitment, training, development, and succession of high-performing employees
