  • •Understand, communicate internally, and support customer needs for Maintenance Engineering Services and Retrofit Solutions (Service Bulletins).
  • •Facilitate technical discussions with customers and help maintain fleets in safe, airworthy conditions.
  • •Manage a portfolio of customers to deliver maintenance engineering services on cost, on time, and quality.
  • •Ensure customer satisfaction through recurrent reviews and active follow-up via teleconferences, webex, emails, and meetings.
