Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure the high availability and performance of Jira and Confluence Data Center platforms.
  • •Manage the platform lifecycle, including defining and executing controlled upgrade plans for Jira, Confluence, and associated plugins.
  • •Handle advanced troubleshooting and maintain a low number of major incidents through proactive monitoring.
  • •Test and validate all updates while ensuring seamless plugin compatibility (e.g., Exalate).
  • •Collaborate with infrastructure teams to manage core technical components, including Linux servers, databases, storage, Data Center clusters, and load balancers.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years experience administering Atlassian Jira and Confluence
  • •3+ years experience with Atlassian Data Center
  • •Experience with ROVO and FORGE (is a plus)
  • •Troubleshoot system issues and propose permanent solutions/workarounds
  • •Technical expertise in Atlassian Data Center infrastructure
