•Maintain a strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

•Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and recommend actions to enhance store performance.
•Support recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and high-level training for the store team.
•Provide HR and conflict resolution support when leadership is absent and mentor clienteling strategies to build long-term customer relationships.

•Experience supporting and developing teams through coaching and accountability for individual and business goals.
•Must be able to lead and enforce compliance with company policies, procedures, and store operational procedures.
