•Execute AI Spectrum engineering strategy.

•Coach and develop engineering leaders and experts within the team.
•Create objectives and development plans in line with C&MI strategy and portfolio.

Key Requirements

•Experience in building and deploying AI/Agentic solutions.
•Software development background.
•Natural leader with high EQ.
•Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC), methods and processes.
•Ability to collaborate with various internal stakeholders and external partners.
