Key Responsibilities

  • •Consult with data scientists and business partners on ML model development and implementation approaches.
  • •Lead end-to-end machine learning engineering, including solution design, data pipeline engineering, testing, deployment, scheduling, application integration, production support, and API development for GenAI applications.
  • •Configure and manage AI/ML infrastructure components across cloud/on-prem environments, including AWS and GCP, plus graph databases.
  • •Collaborate with architects to define ML model implementation patterns in complex environments and apply appropriate design patterns throughout implementation.
  • •Design and implement complex AI/ML solutions, create proof of concepts/prototypes, present to leadership, and mentor team members.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of machine learning engineering, data engineering, or software development experience implementing data solutions.
  • •Bachelor’s degree OR 4 years of relevant education and/or experience; extensive programming experience using Python and SQL, and also Java.
  • •Experience delivering end-to-end AI/GenAI solutions including building, integrating, and optimizing data pipelines and modeling data for consumers (e.g., data marts, data lakes).
  • •Experience implementing ML models using agile methodology and applying ML Ops principles to automate workflows.
  • •Technical leadership experience, including mentoring junior team members; ability to communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
