Job Summary

Build and optimize the global e-commerce search system architecture to deliver a great search experience. Own the design and development of online services and offline data flow performance, addressing bottlenecks to improve system stability, scalability, and cost efficiency. Work on architecture abstraction, process optimization for search scenarios, and large-scale machine learning optimization, including R&D on core components and new technologies.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the global e-commerce search system and its affiliated products, solving architecture optimization problems.
•Support design and development of the global search system and deliver core search capabilities and high-quality content to partners.
•Develop architecture abstraction and process optimization for search scenarios, including support for large-scale machine learning optimization.
•Improve stability, performance, and scalability for large-scale systems with high concurrency and throughput.
•R&D and optimize core components by researching, designing, and implementing new technologies and software utilities.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or a related field.
•Programming experience with C, C++, Java, or Golang.
•Strong programming ability with excellent design and code style, and enthusiasm for technical challenges.
•Effective communication skills with a sense of ownership and drive.
•Experience in one or more areas: personalized recommendations, search engine, machine learning, distributed storage system, or big data frameworks (a plus).
