Small Business Development Officer - Dallas, Texas

Acquire, manage, and grow relationships with upper-segment small business clients in Truist’s Business Banking space. Serve as the primary relationship manager, providing consultative advice and integrated solutions across lending, deposits, treasury management, payments, and related offerings. Act as a subject matter expert to drive client acquisition, portfolio growth, retention, and risk/compliance excellence while collaborating with market and branch leadership to remove barriers and deliver a seamless client experience.
