Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor, troubleshoot, and adjust manufacturing processes to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations.
  • •Support in-process quality activities to maintain compliance with product specifications, GMP, and applicable standards.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions.
  • •Promote and maintain a culture of safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance in daily work activities.
  • •Integrate technical and business requirements into daily operations to support plant objectives and performance.

Key Requirements

  • •Post-secondary education with a focus on Chemical Processing or Mechanical Discipline.
  • •Ability to operate machinery if required, including rail movement and other powered industrial vehicles (training provided).
  • •Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • •Ability to manage an important function in a complex plant environment with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • •Working knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety or applicable provincial legislation, with a commitment to working safely.
