Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead strategy and execution of athlete partnerships, ensuring athletes authentically amplify brand and product priorities.
  • •Build and maintain activation plans for athlete partners across milestones, brand moments, global events, product launches, and seasonal priorities.
  • •Collaborate with Product, Global Marketing, Global Business Units, Regional Account Marketing, Creative Channels, and Communications to operationalize and scale partner initiatives.
  • •Manage integrated marketing channels to shape the consumer journey, media plan, retail strategy, and social rollout for signature collections and player capsules.
  • •Handle day-to-day athlete servicing needs including product flow, meetings, photoshoots/appearances, travel bookings, and ensuring contractual obligations and social posting.
