Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure a safe and reliable operating environment by owning HSE strategy/metrics, driving Perfect HSE Day, and managing risk identification, training, incident reporting, and investigations.
  • •Own delivery/production readiness strategy, plant production KPIs, throughput/efficiency analysis, and execution of production schedules and job planning.
  • •Define and drive plant quality strategy and ensure manufacturing policies and workflows adhere to approved global standards.
  • •Develop and meet plant financial plan (hours, cost), manage rental assets and production supplies ordering, and review third-party pricing/service levels.
  • •Own employee and talent strategy for the plant: foster an inclusive work environment, lead shop-floor supervisors/team leads, and be fully engaged in hiring and people decisions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
  • •Minimum 5 additional years of experience in Plant Management.
  • •Strong oral and written communication skills with strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • •Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead programs/projects with established project management skills.
