Vans: Supervisor - Camarillo

Lead store operations and support the store’s leadership team by driving an exceptional, personalized customer experience. Coach and develop associates, maintain visual merchandising and product replenishment standards, and ensure daily opening/closing and floor coverage run smoothly. Partner with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to monitor KPI performance, exceed sales goals, maximize profitability, uphold policies and safety standards, and foster an inclusive store culture in a fast-paced retail environment.
