Job Summary

Senior Software Engineer responsible for delivering software products and components, driving automation and quality through DevOps practices, and translating business needs into technical solutions. Works with product managers, IT solutions, and cross-functional teams to implement architecture-aligned technologies, test and document solutions, and adopt emerging technologies to deliver value for ISA clients.

Key Responsibilities

•Delivers software products and components for ISA, providing technology expertise and contributing to the technology stack, design, development, deployment and automated testing.
•Collaborates with product team, project managers, and IT solutions managers to translate business needs into technical implementations in line with architectural principles.
•Assists in testing and implementation of technical solutions; reviews technical documentation, user guides, training manuals, and system specifications to ensure quality and completeness.
•Identifies and implements best practices and emerging technologies that bring value to ISA; partners with cross-functional teams to adopt such technologies.
•Maintains effective relationships with stakeholders including project managers, product, operations, governance and enterprise development teams; contributes to decision making with respect to technology.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in IT Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
•Fluent in English language.
•Minimum 3 years in software development with 2 years at least in a DevOps Engineer capacity.
•Holistic IT knowledge in heterogeneous technology environments and experience with different technology stacks.
•Strong object oriented programming concepts and development skills in one or more popular programming languages.
