Key Responsibilities

  • •Construct and monitor the global training budget following annual performance review campaigns.
  • •Deploy training sessions operationally: find providers internationally, schedule, manage invitations, and handle evaluations.
  • •Monitor and drive global deployment and internal communication of the new managerial framework.
  • •Coordinate performance review campaigns on HRIS (Lucca) and structure global talent reviews (People Reviews).
  • •Support career paths and internal mobility frameworks and participate in updating and monitoring salary grids.

Key Requirements
