Job Summary

Support Engineering and Program leaders with monthly Earned Value Management (EVM) inputs, reporting, and analysis, including Budget Change Requests (BCRs) and facilitating EAC/LRE updates. Drive predictable cost and schedule outcomes through detailed EV and financial analysis against budget baselines, forecasting, variance documentation, and weekly reviews of cost and labor runs. Use APEX/SAP EV, IMS, and PMX management reporting tools while operating effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Support quarterly creation of Estimates at Complete (EACs) and monthly Latest Revised Estimates (LREs), including cost estimation and risk/opportunities assessment.
•Perform detailed EV and financial analysis versus budget baseline, schedule, and EAC positions.
•Prepare forecasts, monitor actual costs, and document variances to plans and forecasts.
•Support monthly EVM input completion, reporting, and analysis, including Budget Change Requests (BCRs).
•Partner with engineering and program leads on EVMS process inputs, EAC/LRE development, monthly variance reporting, and weekly cost/labor run analysis.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience with minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree with minimum 3 years experience.
•Experience with Microsoft Office Tool Suite, with a focus on Excel.
•Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) and/or other Government Procurement regulations for bid/cost proposals.
•Knowledge in leading and managing execution of processes, projects, and tactics within one work area.
•Demonstrated ability to work effectively with coworkers.
