Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the overall effective and economical use of subordinate personnel, equipment, materials, and methods to meet physical-plant standards and ensure service continuity.
  • •Supervise day-to-day facility maintenance activities and ensure preventive and corrective maintenance are completed per operational requirements, safety standards, and company procedures.
  • •Plan the use of assigned personnel and resources to accomplish work efficiently within timelines and budgets.
  • •Coordinate and monitor maintenance staff, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely task completion and quality workmanship.
  • •Conduct regular inspections, review equipment deficiencies, implement corrective/preventive actions to minimize downtime, and maintain maintenance records and documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •7 years of job experience.
  • •Diploma in any Engineering related discipline (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical).
  • •Knowledge of applicable safety requirements and HSE policies, including safety inspection participation and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • •Knowledge of ERP systems, including preferably SAP functional skills.
  • •Knowledge of building systems and trades/materials (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, flooring, grounds) and preventative maintenance scheduling techniques.
