Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead global transportation carrier management, logistics analytics, transportation governance, and performance management.
  • •Establish transportation policies, standards, and operating procedures across all regions and serve as a transportation subject matter expert.
  • •Drive transportation network optimization, including transportation modeling, capacity planning, business cases, demand forecasting, and logistics cost modeling.
  • •Develop transportation KPIs and executive dashboards, analyze transportation data to identify trends/risks/opportunities, and deliver transformation roadmaps to leadership.
  • •Provide executive oversight for transportation audits and regulatory compliance, and lead quality/claims/exception management including root-cause analysis and corrective actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • •12+ years of progressive transportation, logistics, and supply chain leadership experience within a global organization.
  • •Extensive experience managing global transportation networks, carriers, freight forwarders, and logistics providers.
  • •Strong knowledge of international transportation, import/export operations, customs regulations, and trade compliance requirements.
  • •Advanced analytics experience using transportation and supply chain data for strategic decision-making.
