Performance Management Lead

Lead performance management for the authority’s Capital Baseline, covering both funded and unfunded program portions. Under the Chief of Project Controls, manage cost, schedule, and risk baseline monitoring by collating, maintaining, and reporting project controls data, including variance analysis and forward-looking trend assessments. Own key program documentation, baseline integration, and WBS/WBS dictionary development while partnering with cost, schedule, and risk unit leads to drive performance improvements through process optimization.
