Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the authority’s Capital Baseline, including technical supporting documents, data systems, and assumptions.
  • •Collate data across authority functions and projects and monitor changes against the Capital Baseline for projects under execution.
  • •Develop dashboards for executive reporting and provide variance analysis insights of actuals vs. baseline plan.
  • •Maintain records of month-on-month movements in scope, EAC, and schedule, and integrate the baseline across functions and branches.
  • •Manage development, maintenance, and implementation of the program WBS and WBS dictionary, and drive performance improvements through baseline process optimization.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS plus 8 years of relevant experience (or demonstrated equivalency).
  • •Experience with project management, data management, and cost control, including project cost planning and reporting techniques.
  • •Use analytical techniques for cost analysis and solutions; research and compile data while maintaining accurate project records and meeting deadlines.
  • •Experience managing and motivating controls teams on major programs.
  • •Experience leading and developing reporting, controls, and baseline management methodology, procedures, and presentation.
