Middle Market Senior Portfolio Manager – Wholesale Credit Delivery – Sponsor and Leveraged Finance

Independently underwrite, structure, and manage complex sponsor-owned and leveraged middle-market credit relationships for new originations and ongoing portfolio execution. Lead commercial underwriting end-to-end for the most complex, largest deals across sponsor and leveraged finance, including risk evaluation, documentation, and regulatory compliance. Manage portfolio performance through risk rating integrity, reviews, spreading, amendments and waivers, while expanding client relationships and mentoring junior team members.
