•Design fit-for-purpose Microsoft Power Apps solutions that meet business needs and scale across the region.
•Act as regional technical lead and trusted advisor for Microsoft Power Apps.
•Oversee and coordinate Microsoft Power Apps initiatives across EMEA countries, monitoring live and candidate applications.
•Establish Power Apps standards, workflows, governance model, and operating processes for the region.
•Support local functions (e.g., Finance, HR, Procurement) in shaping and implementing business applications, including guiding transition into stable operations.

•5+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Apps and a strong understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform.

•Good understanding of governance and demand management for business applications, from smaller apps to complex regional solutions.
•Fluent in English and German; able to coordinate stakeholders across countries, functions, and IT teams in an international environment.
