Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical, specialist, professional, and leadership positions across APAC.
•Partner with hiring managers and HR to define talent needs, develop hiring strategies, and deliver recruitment outcomes.
•Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and attract high-caliber active and passive talent across channels.
•Build and maintain talent pipelines and talent maps for critical and recurring hiring needs across functions and geographies.
•Manage the full candidate lifecycle and use AI-powered tools (e.g., Eightfold AI) to improve sourcing, candidate experience, and hiring metrics.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
•8+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in multinational/global organizations.
•Proven success recruiting across APAC markets and supporting global hiring requirements.
•Strong direct sourcing track record, engaging active and passive candidates through multiple channels.
•Demonstrated ability to leverage AI-enabled recruiting technologies and modern sourcing tools.
