Key Responsibilities

  • •Build security tooling and processes that engineers actually use, including appsec, identity and access management, and threat detection integrated into shipping workflows.
  • •Manage, mentor, and grow the application security team; mature Secure SDLC, threat modeling, and vulnerability management to match growing responsibility.
  • •Secure the agent execution surface by partnering with Engineering and Product to ensure robust security architecture for AI-driven workflows and data privacy.
  • •Drive customer trust by working with GTM and legal to support compliance and customer-driven initiatives; own and expand the compliance roadmap (SOC 2, SOC 1, ISO 27001).
  • •Lead incident response and detection; build detection pipelines and turn events into systemic improvements.
