Key Responsibilities

•Build security tooling and processes that engineers actually use, including appsec, identity and access management, and threat detection integrated into shipping workflows.
•Manage, mentor, and grow the application security team; mature Secure SDLC, threat modeling, and vulnerability management to match growing responsibility.
•Secure the agent execution surface by partnering with Engineering and Product to ensure robust security architecture for AI-driven workflows and data privacy.
•Drive customer trust by working with GTM and legal to support compliance and customer-driven initiatives; own and expand the compliance roadmap (SOC 2, SOC 1, ISO 27001).
•Lead incident response and detection; build detection pipelines and turn events into systemic improvements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 200,000 - 255,000 annually

•5+ years in progressive security roles, with at least 2+ years at a B2B tech, fintech, or highly regulated SaaS company.
