Key Responsibilities

  • •Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently while uncovering and meeting customer needs.
  • •Recommend and explain bank products and services using established guidelines, brand model, and service standards; make partner referrals as needed.
  • •Assist customers with transactional inquiries including account balances, transaction history, service charges, and interest rates.
  • •Support Financial Center Manager operations by performing Teller or Teller Manager and Financial Service Representative duties as needed.
  • •Build relationships with community businesses and consumer clients to achieve personal and branch targets for new accounts and teller operations, while maintaining safe-and-sound procedures and security protocols.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or the equivalent.
  • •Minimum of one year of experience; specific bank experience preferred.
  • •Ability to answer basic and advanced customer inquiries related to accounts, transactions, service charges, and interest rates.
  • •Experience performing Teller or Teller Manager and Financial Service Representative duties as needed.
  • •Notary preferred.
