Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the primary legal partner for TrendLife’s consumer product and business teams, advising on product development, feature launches, go-to-market strategy, and commercial agreements from inception through execution.
•Draft, review, and negotiate consumer-facing agreements including EULAs, Terms of Service, subscription agreements, and platform partner contracts.
•Draft, review and negotiate commercial vendor/partner agreements.
•Review in-app disclosures, consent flows, and marketing materials for legal accuracy and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
•Support app store submissions and ongoing compliance with platform requirements (Apple App Store, Google Play, and regional equivalents).

Key Requirements

•J.D. or equivalent law degree; license to practice law in at least one relevant jurisdiction.
•8–10 years of legal experience with a substantial focus on consumer-facing software, mobile applications, or digital products — in-house experience at a technology company required.
•Deep expertise in at least two major global privacy frameworks (e.g., GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, APPI) with demonstrated ability to advise across multiple jurisdictions simultaneously.
•Extensive experience drafting and negotiating EULAs, Terms of Service, and consumer product agreements, with sound independent judgment on when to escalate versus resolve.
•Demonstrated track record of building strong, trust-based relationships with senior business and product stakeholders — not just advising, but partnering.
