•Drive pipeline through field presence - Own the in-person motion for India and APAC; build and maintain a network of SMB decision-makers and model field-first culture.
•Build and own the segment playbook - Design full-funnel pipeline strategy across outbound, field, and inbound channels and document it into playbooks for TLs to execute.
•Develop your leaders - Coach Team Leads to grow into strategic leaders who can manage pods independently.
•Own the segment strategy - Set direction for SMB in India and APAC for the next 2–3 years and define winning metrics and investments.
•Collaborate cross-functionally - Partner with Marketing, Finance, Product, and Ops to own outcomes and maintain key relationships.

•Strong network of SMB decision-makers in India; relationships with CTOs/CISOs/Heads of Engineering are a plus.
•Experience building a sales motion from the ground up (outbound, field, or partnerships) and making it repeatable for a team.
•Track record of developing leaders, coaching, and transitioning top closers to team leadership.
