Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive end-to-end development including architecture design, specifications, feasibility tests, and technology/vendor selection.
  • •Develop motion profiles and control design, conduct lab tests, and integrate systems.
  • •Manage configuration control and support serial production transition.
  • •Own responsibility for the development plan, timeline, and budget.
  • •Lead periodic and ad-hoc technical review meetings and collaborate across electrical, mechanical, software, operations, manufacturing, and support teams.

Key Requirements

  • •B.Sc in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with control expertise.
  • •At least 5 years of experience in servo system design, test, and integration.
  • •Strong theoretical control knowledge (linear/non-linear systems, friction, robust systems).

  • •Familiarity with motion tachologies (motors, bearings, sensors, controllers) and excellent English skills.
