Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage clients in in-person and phone conversations to identify financial wellness opportunities and provide customized recommendations.
  • •Open and manage consumer and business accounts and related products, including deposits, home equity, unsecured lending, and certificates of deposit.
  • •Achieve individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals and build referral sources through preset appointments, walk-ins, and professional contacts.
  • •Develop partnerships with branch teammates and line-of-business partners to drive client acquisition and deepen existing relationships.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including documenting client interactions, and support Teller line transactions as needed.

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma/GED (or equivalent business experience) is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • •Minimum 1 year of experience developing new and existing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources.
  • •Understanding of consumer credit, including loan to value, debt to income, and credit reports.
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques (tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, networking).
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows, Word, Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing).
