Senior Credit Controller

Manage a client credit collections portfolio for both media and non-media clients, ensuring timely payment to contracted terms. Use credit management tools, email, and phone to contact clients, keep accurate communication records, resolve invoice and dispute queries with internal teams, and reconcile client accounts/ledger. Support accounts receivable systems, SOX control integrity, daily cash allocation, and contribute to cash planning, weekly/monthly reporting, and doubtful debt recommendations.
