Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver signal integrity solutions for high-speed platforms, boards, and packages, including developing interconnect models and definitions.
  • •Define signal integrity rules, review implementations, and document characterization and measurement reports to support design optimization.
  • •Run simulations of interconnects to guide package and platform physical implementation and minimize quality degradation (attenuation, crosstalk, jitter, power noise).
  • •Design and characterize test structures to correlate simulations and measurements, and debug signal integrity challenges using advanced high-speed equipment.
  • •Develop electrical specifications and contribute to next-generation interconnect standards, collaborating with IP design and silicon integration teams and providing end-customer implementation guidelines.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • •8+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree, 6+ years with a Master’s degree, or 4 years with a PhD.
  • •Proficiency in signal integrity analysis, including simulations and validation techniques.
  • •Hands-on experience with 3D EM solvers and 3D modeling tools.
  • •Strong understanding of PCB and package design principles, plus electrical validation and debug experience.
